Triphala Guggulu

Triphala Guggulu is being used for various purposes. Even medical practioners advised their patients to take Triphala Guggulu for weight loss. Triphala is a mixture of three ayurvedic fruits like Harad, Indian gooseberry and Bibhitak while Guggulu is extracted from wild crafted medicinal plants. It helps in curing several ailments like constipation, in-digestion, mal- absorption, diabetes, low metabolism, high blood pressure, congestion, inflammation, flatulence, sinus congestion, dullness in skin, myopia, headache, brittle nails etc. Normally a person can take 1or 2 tablets/ capsules/teaspoons for 2 or 3 times a day with hot water or lukewarm water or you can also have it with hot milk or ginger tea. Do not take it with cold water. While having this herb it is advisable to avoid few things like meat, sea food, black gram, ridge gourd, low salt food, bottle gourd, bitter gourd, spinach and tomato etc.

Just like Triphala Guggulu, Jamaican black castor oil is another effective ayurvedic herb. It is basically used in hair treatments, hair fall and scalp problem etc. Now a days scientist have replaced these traditional form of herb with the latest therapies and hair transplant techniques which has very large number of side effects over the time.
